No Guilt Eating!! (With new recipe)

Sometimes changing your diet to eating from the earth (talked about this in the last post) can leave you feeling guilty when you make choices that are not in alignment with your new healthy eating choices. The biggest way to help free yourself from this self-sabotage, making choices not in alignment, guilt, feeling bad about yourself, then eating the food that started it all again, is to incorporate forgiveness work.

Cracking your heart open

What do we do when we can’t focus on ourselves anymore? I feel like there are whole days where all I can focus on is just getting my “To Do” list completed. Then about an hour in I come to terms with the realization that I am not being. I am not happy. So I take a breath and focus back into the moment. Finishing the vacuuming or the dishes does not make my day perfect. I do like doing these so that I have clean dishes but often I found that we focus so much on the looks of everything that we forget to focus on our mindset while doing it. I created this mediation for you to help open your heart to more joy, peace and a freedom that you might not have experienced in a very long time.
