Shelby!! Cord cutting is such a valuable and huge asset to creating real transformation! Allowing for those that have hurt you to no longer have a hold over you is such a powerful release. I am so proud of how much you have been able to implement and create in your life over these past few weeks!
HOLY COW!!! Ann!!! Huge deal! You left your corporate job! Because you knew it was no longer in alignment. This is so huge!! The sacral has been a huge process of unraveling for you and creating a space of wholeness and worthiness. Knowing that you are worthy of offering your gifts and that the world will be a better place because of it, is a huge step! I am so very proud of all of the work that you have done and continue to do.
Ann!! Emotional regulation and stress management are definitely on going practices. Giving yourself weekly time to express your feelings so that you are not holding onto past emotions is vital!
As far as teenage healing, creating your own personal space, doing things that are rebellious!! Standing up for your beliefs at work was a huge step!! Since conformity is such a big part of adulthood, checking you are being on the edge or living your truth is vital. Also finding a song that would have driven your parents crazy and singing/dancing to it would be a great way. Teenagers and music go together!!
Sandi, these are such powerful insights and shifts you are getting. The ability to separate yourself from others to be your honest and integrated self is huge!!
What a powerful healing you are creating not just for yourself but your children. Allow for the coping skills and healing to be offered to them if they are able to receive them so they can create new ways of dealing with aspects as well. I am so proud of you and your ability to create space for yourself.

Shelbie! I love these gentle nudges from your higher self, seems these are exactly what we all need to be doing so thank you for sharing them. Often feeling rushed throughout the day gives us the excuse but these are vital for our care!
Sandy, I absolutely love that you were able to release those that were no longer serving you. Allowing more space for yourself within yourself without being filled up trying to serve everyone else! This is very exciting!

Ann, the timeline therapy is such a powerful shifting process, especially to be able to gather up all the experiences once rather than individually. Now that you have recognized this self sabotage behavior it is time to catch it prior to it happening and validating that YOUR world IS safe!!
Ann, I truly believe that when we put ourselves out there we get responses that would have usually triggered us to returning to the safe version of ourselves. When you show the universe that no matter what you are not going back, so many opportunities and blessings begin coming in! Continue trusting that all your needs and desires will be met and continue to put out that you are available to help others!! I am so proud of you.
