I live out in the country in central Illinois. I have 2 boys 7 & 9 years old. I love to cook and find ways to transform vegetables into really good food! I love spending time in nature and seeing new things!

This is absolutely true for me as well, I am not only going through my own healing journey but that of everyone who has come before me. It can feel daunting and liberating all at once! Love that you brought up this aspect of pulling in what has not been healed from those before us.
