With this weeks healing/activation it was an amazing experience, as I was meditating I had to really focus on Stephanie’s voice due to the birds sing and chirping, as I was continuing to meditate they was getting louder and louder I really had to focus on Stephanie’s voice to continue, as the process went on they kept going as it came to the end they started to quite down and then just like that it was silent for a few seconds as I finished, once I was complete they started back up it was amazing.
I feel grounded and peaceful may be doing this one a few more times in the future.
