This week was really powerful! I love learning these tools and incorporating them into my life. Something in the workbook that really spoke to me was that while doing the work and getting into those deeply buried roots can be discouraging and frustrating it can also be exciting to create awareness in our lives to create real change!! Its encouraging to know that those experiences aren’t just there damaging us but have given us abilities and help us connect to others.

LeeAndra!! Yes, I love that you took away thT these experiences that are often seem as traumas can also bring us incredible abilities to help others and ourself!
