First of all, I’m so excited to be on this journey with all of you!
I had a bit of a hard time pulling out some of my memories. My parents have both passed and I never realized how deep down I had buried some of these things. Life before seven was pretty uneventful but set the stage for some serious hurts and traumas later in life. I’m looking forward to getting to the “roots” of those things as this process progresses.
